Marriott announced for the second time within years that he had experienced a record infringement. 5.2 MILLION guest were affected by a brand new event, which exposed a range of your private information, including names, e-mail and mailing addresses and employer names. The breach was discovered in franchise hotel ,  A hotel Brand Under MarriottThe Attacker used 2 employees at the hotel to access the details of guests.Investigations has being Open.

The investigation revealed that the malicious activity did start in early-January2020 and was only discovered in february, giving cyber criminals about 6 weeks to retrieve the data. The international hotel chain didn't know  until now reported the breach and told the customers concerned.

Although our investigation is ongoing, we have no reason to believe that Marriott Bonvoy safe passwords or Keys, credit card details, passport documents, National IDs or license numbers where affected.

The exposed information included contact information, including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and balance points, gender, starting times, organizational details, associated loyalty programs and other information on the organization
